Return & Exchange Policy

We are happy to accept returns within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

The following items are NOT RETURNABLE.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but hygienic reasons and safety codes restrict some of the items we are able to accept.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Stage Makeup (all items) Facial Hair
Eyelashes Teeth
Prosthetics Hose/Socks/Tights
Wigs  

All items considered for return MUST have an eligible return authorization number on the outside of all shipping return boxes.

To obtain a return authorization number:

All return shipments must be postmarked 7 days after receipt of your shipment. All items must have their original packaging, in good condition, including any instructions. All unauthorized returns will be refused. We also have the right to inspect all returned items prior to determining if they will qualify for credit.

  • All improperly returned orders can carry up to a Restocking Fee of 25% with no credit given for shipping.

  • All returns authorized prior to October 29th must be postmarked by October 29th to be eligible to qualify for credit.

Exchanges
We take great pride in double checking our merchandise before it leaves our store. If you do receive an item that is damaged, please follow the guidelines above under Returns. We can ship you a replacement item as soon as we receive the damaged item back or you may pay for another item and we will credit you when we receive the returned item with proper authorization.
