Halloween Hours starting October 1, 2008- Open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 8:00, Saturday from 9:00 to 5:00, Sunday 11:00-4:00.
Reservations: No Web Site orders will be accepted.
Rental Information & Policies :
All Reservations should be done in person or by telephone at (608) 238-3106. We do not ship Rental Costumes. Costumes must be picked up at the Madison Store.
No Reservations will be accepted without the Price of the Rental and a Damage Deposit being placed on a Credit Card.

Rental Policies : By placing a reservation you are agreeing to the following:
- You agree to assume full responsibility for all articles rented and agree to pay full retail price for all articles lost or damaged.
- You understand that there are no cancellations or refunds once a costume has been reserved, even if it is not used. This is why we suggest you come in to Mallatts, to try the Costume on to see it fits before reserving a Costume.
- You agree to pay a late fee for each costume not returned by it's due back date. This fee is rated at 1/2 the daily rental fee.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You authorize Mallatt Pharmacy to use your credit card to pay for the rental fees, as well as any other fees that may accrue as outlined above (e.g. rental fees, charges for damaged or lost items or for late fees.)
HINT: ORDER EARLY. WE RECOMMEND PLACING ORDERS TWO WEEKS OR MORE PRIOR TO YOUR USE DATE.
