Deluxe Pirate Boot Tops
These Vinyl Black Pirate Boot Tops are 16'' tall. Worn over Black Shoes, they look very realistic. The large cuffs have 3 eyelets to lace them up.(The black lace-up cord is included.) The bottoms are accented with straps and two gold buttons.
The boot tops attach around the bottom of your shoe with two thick elastic bands. Calf opening is 16 inches (plenty of room to tuck pants in.) Adult Size.
